We really do know better: connecting to a higher self

I was speaking with a friend this morning, and we have a common teacher we studied with for many years.

We were reflecting on our shared experiences as students, and we started talking about a concept that we learned some years ago. Our talk really inspired me, and left me with a renewed appreciation of this idea, which I thought I would share here.

From our point of view, the concepts of time and space are all-defining, all-encompassing ideas that we operate within. But in truth they exist only in a relatively small portion of reality - I'm talking real physics here, not just spirituality.

According to quantum physics, to string theory, and many spiritual traditions - whatever could be, already is.

The importance of this idea to me personally becomes particularly relevant in times of personal struggle.

For example - within my own life, if I am struggling to unite different companies, people and so on (I am), if I should feel discouraged, I take comfort in the ramifications of this idea:

There already exists a version of me that has already overcome all these, and many other obstacles. He's sitting at the end of a successful journey, enjoying the well-deserved fruits of his efforts.

Sure, in my limited, temporal frame, he and I are separated - by cause and effect, by time and circumstance. But he really IS there.

According to my teacher - consciousness, the pure, thought-energy at our beginning and end, transcends the dimensions limited by space and time.

So, even though this other version of me and my current version seem far apart in this level of reality - in the world of consciousness we can literally merge...subject to a couple of rules!

I could actually connect to a "me" that has already overcome all of my obstacles - even the most intimately guarded, secret struggles that I have never shared with anyone - because he really IS me.

It sounds amazing - living with all the wisdom and experience of a long and successfully executed life at our disposal. So why don't we do it all the time?

Here's the catch - in the realm of consciousness, things are not connected in time and space - only by similarity of essence, or form.

Meaning; once I have a consciousness similar to that version of myself, I can literally open a channel to that person - like a fibre-optic cable through time and space - through which his ideas, perspectives and wisdom can be downloaded directly to me.

The downside though - if I am sitting here, feeling defeated or discouraged, I can not connect to the consciousness of some future, powerful winner.

Somehow, I have to remember something and draw strength from this: he IS me, he comes from the same source, we have the same beginning and the same end.

Regardless of whatever circumstance I am in right now, I can use my emotions and imagination to bridge the gap and begin to attain a consciousness similar to that of the "me" I wish to connect to.

So here's the rub - if you feel down, defeated, without answers or options, well then, you truly are. Because sadly, you're just too different from the "you" with all the answers to connect. It's like losing your bank card - the money may still be in the account, but you simply cannot access any of it. Your password to all that treasure is the required attainment of a similar perspective, a consciousness like the "you" that you wish to draw from.

How does this person feel? What is their point of view? What motivates them? How do they view the world around them?

By the way - this same type of questioning is equally useful for connecting to the people around us.

I asked our teacher once, "how are you able to communicate so effectively with people?"

He answered, "I try hard not to think at all about what I want to say, or even what I want. In my own mind and heart, I ask questions in an attempt to connect to that person's consciousness. Once I see the world the way they do, we are of one mind and we can truly connect."

Response to Yale Study on pre-term pregnancy

Back in May, Yale Scientific published results of a study that seemed to indicate a link between calcifying nano-particles (CNPs or nanobacteria) and pre-term birth.

From the article:

Preterm birth is on the rise in the United States, with one in eight children born prematurely. A menace to the medical community, preterm birth is a leading cause of newborn death and lifelong disability. Even though many causes of premature birth remain unknown, a number of them have been identified, such as infection, placental bleeding, and stress on the mother. Premature rupture of maternal membranes may also lead to preterm birth; however, the process by which this occurs is not known. In hopes to better understand this phenomenon, Lydia Shook MED ’13 and the rest of the lab of Dr. Irina Buhimschi, Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences, have begun to investigate a possible mechanism for preterm birth.

Shook and the lab were aware of calcifying nanoparticles’ role in other debilitating conditions, such as arthritis and atherosclerosis. In these cases, the calcium deposits that occur due to the aggregates of these particles and calcium disrupt natural processes in joints and muscles. The Buhimschi lab, however, creatively decided to take these findings a step further and investigate if these particles could be part of a mechanism for premature rupturing of the membranes that lead to preterm birth. As a result, Shook hypothesized that these “calcifying nanoparticles form in the amniotic cavity and are involved in…pathways leading to preterm birth.”

Yet, over time, this process slowly stops. We lose circulation, elasticity, energy, and so on. Why?

Something else that we have come to accept is that slowly, our bodies calcify over time.

Now maybe you never thought of it in those exact terms, but consider some of these words:

Arthritis
"Hardening of the Arteries"
Kidney Stones
Gallstones
Psoriasis
many, many others

What all these terrible things have in common is calcification - the growth of crystalline calcium and lots of resulting inflamation causing awful symptoms - ranging from swelling, discomfort, loss of circulation and much more.

So what makes us calcify like this? Most people assume it's just part of life.

It's not.

Let me repeat that - calcification is not just part of life. We simply don't have to do it.

Interesting experience while taking NanobacTX

So obviously there are many powerful results associated with taking NanobacTX, but I wanted to share an experience I had.

Amazing striped icebergs

Icebergs in Lake Michigan sometimes have stripes, formed by

layers of snow that react to different conditions.

Blue stripes are often created when a crevice in the ice sheet
fills up with melt water and freezes so quickly that no bubbles form.

When an iceberg falls into the lake, a layer of water can
freeze to the underside. If this is rich in algae, it can form a
green stripe.

Brown, black and yellow lines are caused by sediment, picked up
when the ice sheet grinds downhill towards the lake.

The water froze the instant the wave broke through the
ice. That's what it is like in Lake Michigan where it is the
coldest weather in decades Water freezes the instant
it comes in contact with the air. The temperature of the
water is already some degrees below freezing.

Just look at how the wave froze in mid-air!!!

The Day After Shavuot

Focus of the Day:

We are in the energy of the day after Shavuot. We had a revelation during Shavuot and the day after is like we are starting with a clean slate.

One of the main issues after a revelation is there always comes a huge test. Like on Mount Sinai; right before the Israelites were about to receive everything, they didn’t have the patience and they started to have doubts. Same with Adam and Eve; six hours before everything was complete they took from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil.

Unless we understand this law, that is what is going to happen to us. Our soul knows what we need to do and how we need to do it. We received the light of that revelation and now we need to be patient and wait for it to come to us. We don’t want to give up six hours before. We want to make sure we are understanding and that we have patience to wait and see the actual results.

Exercise for the day: Today when we are going through the illusions of our day to day life, act as though you have already received it; inject certainty.

Focus of the Day - Malchut of Malchut

Day 7 of Week 7:

49th Day of the Omer

Today is the 49th day of the Omer. The 50th day begins tonight; Shavuot. These 49 days we have been preparing our vessels to receive all the light that is available during Shavuot. The receiving part is not depending completely on the vessel. The vessel needs to do one part and the light will do the other part. We want to make sure we are taking advantage of the next 12 hours; that we are taking advantage of every second.

One of the biggest problems in receiving is that we are not letting go of things in our lives; small things and big things. These things are light that became a blockage. In order to receive more we need to let go. If there is something we feel is so important and we can’t let it go… we must let it go. We want to make sure we have room in our vessel. We are preparing ourselves for tonight. Imagine that today is the most important day of your life; you don’t want to hold onto nonsense.

Exercise for the Day: Whatever you keep accumulating in the vessel you are bound to let it go anyway but the pain will be much more than if we let it go on our own. If we want to let go of our small vessel to get a bigger vessel we have to let go. Today let go.

Focus of the Day - Yesod of Malchut

Day 6 of Week 7: Yesod of Malchut

48th Day of the Omer

We are getting closer to the end of the Omer. Today is Yesod of Malchut; Yesod is one level above the lowest level of manifestation.

We know that our job as a vessel is to make sure we are constantly doing actions to over come our ego but in truth we can only do a little bit. All the actions we are doing are not because we can change without any help from the 99% around us.

There is a concept called the “Gate of Tears”; tears that come from pain of where I am now, how I want to remove the blockages and opening the gates to receive help from 99%. This isn’t about crying, feeling miserable and being sad all day but begging and asking for help, knowing I can’t do it by myself and seeing how my actions are so little compared to all the work that needs to be done.

Exercise for the Day: Today take 10-15 minutes to look at your life; limitations, fears and ask for help.

Day 3 of Week 7: Tiferet of Malchut

45th Day of the Omer

We are in the midst of Rosh Chodesh, the new moon of Gemini and today is the seed level for the whole month. In Gemini the letters of the month represent light and secret. The secret of this month is an opportunity for tremendous light and true balanced light within it.

We all have the ability to give the right and correct messages to people. Tiferet of Malchut is the central column of the vessel; today is central column; being a balanced messenger to the world. Today we want to be a balanced messenger to ourselves, to others and to receive the messages around us. We want to walk around in our personal environment and make sure we are a beacon of light; inspiring the people around us. We need to think and feel like that today. There is a solution at the end of the challenges and there is nothing so important to loose our spirit.

Exercise for the Day: Today try not to focus on your personal messages that you are good or bad. Even if you are happy make sure you are sharing with people. Today our job is to motivate our environment and the people around us.

Day 2 of Week 7: Gevurah of Malchut

44th Day of the Omer

We are in our last opportunities of building our vessel before Shavuot. Everyday is counting as the most important day of the year. We have to run after opportunities to make sure we are not missing an opportunity to go against our nature.

When we feel difficulties and we feel that this is hard work and we want to say, “To heck with this spirituality,” or we have doubts that it doesn’t really work. If you listen closely you will hear a whisper back from the Creator; “Why are you complaining?”

Appreciate everything you have done and achieved until now. When you feel nothing is working, when you are not pushing yourself enough, remind yourself what the Creator is telling you, the Creator is whispering, “Why you are complaining?”

Exercise for the Day: Keep pushing; right behind that is what you want to achieve. Make sure you are not taking too many moments, when you have pain say to yourself, "next" and move forward.

Focus of the Day

Day 1 of Week 7: Chesed of Malchut
43rd Day of the Omer

This week is the final week and the manifestation aspect of the Omer, the last opportunity to build a vessel and receive all the light that the vessel can handle. Today is Chesed of Malchut, mercy aspect of Malchut; the first day of the last week of the Omer. This week is about building our vessel in a more practical way.

One of the most important reasons why we cannot handle more light is because we don’t have appreciation. When we get used to certain people in our lives we assume that energy will stay around us. Certain things become a habit and we feel that everything will be ok no matter what. Appreciation helps for us to receive more. If you don’t appreciate what you have received until now then new things will not come to you.

Exercise for the day: Today is a day of appreciation. Today treat people around you special today. Don’t just think about how you appreciate them but show them how you appreciate them.
